WARRANTY

H H Fluorescents warrants to the original purchaser of H H Fluorescent manufactured products depicted on this website that H H Fluorescent will repair or replace, free of charge including shipping costs within the Continental United States of America, any such product which under normal use proves defective in material or workmanship as determined by our inspection, within one year of purchase.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS, NOR DOES IT EXTEND TO ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED, OVERLOADED, ABUSED OR ALTERED IN ANY MANNER.

H H Fluorescent & LED Products, Inc. products are backed not only by our company product warranty, but also significant product liability coverage. If requested, a certificate of insurance naming your company as a customer beneficiary will be supplied to you.

H H Fluorescent products are exempt from the communication requirements of 29CFR1910. 1200 Hazard Communication and therefore do not require a material safety data sheet.

It is also intended that our products shall meet all appropriate Federal and State safety and other regulations when shipped to you, and are to be used, and installed only in accordance with appropriate electrical codes and regulations.
